I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, perfect for my husband's wheelchair, although it looked a bit tired. The service was outstanding, with a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The location was ideal for exploring Cardiff Bay, with stunning views from the balcony. The dining experience was a mix of excellent choices and a few missing items, and the facilities, especially the spa, were a real treat.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely with a nice view of the bay, and I enjoyed the spa and breakfast. The service was top-notch, especially Brandon and Megan in the restaurant who made us feel so welcome. The location was great, right on the bay, perfect for a special event. The dining experience was delicious and well presented. Although everything was wonderful, there were some issues with black mold forming in the room corners, and the service could have been better.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were magnificent with a beautiful view of the bay, spacious, and nice. However, there was a huge swing in temperature from day time to night. The service was excellent; they advised on ordering in as there were no bar, room service, or restaurant facilities available, but they were very helpful and even offered welcoming drinks on arrival. The location was lovely with a balcony offering spectacular views, but it seemed a bit crowded and inadequately staffed, definitely not a luxury hotel experience. The dining experience had its ups and downs; while some items were inedible and cold, the black pudding and scrambled eggs were exceptional. The facilities were top-notch and provided all necessary amenities.
